Can I use my Roomba® Robot without connecting the app?

To connect your Roomba® robots to the Roomba® Home App you must first set up your robot, connect your robot to Wi-Fi® and use Bluetooth to connect your robot to your device.

Will the Roomba® Home App work for my older Roomba® Robot or Braava Jet® Robot Mop?

The Roomba® Home App works for our newer products listed in the compatible products section of this page. You can still use the iRobot® Home Classic App to operate your robots.

Will Roomba® work with pet hair or long human hair?

Roomba® robots handle long pet hair and human hair using anti-tangle dual rubber brushes that flex and pull hair into the bin instead of wrapping around the brush.
