What is the iRobot Protect+ Plan?
The iRobot Protect+ Plan provides extended protection, accidental damage coverage, and added peace of mind for your robot. We know accidents can happen, which is why Protect+ helps keep you covered beyond the manufacturer’s warranty. If a covered issue occurs, a replacement robot may be provided when eligible. What are the terms of the Protect+ Plan?
Coverage begins on the date of purchase and remains in effect for the plan term you select. Plan options and coverage periods may vary. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions for full details.
How many claims can I make under the Protect+ Plan?
Each Protect+ Plan includes coverage for up to two robot replacements for qualifying events during the plan term. See the Terms and Conditions for eligibility requirements and coverage limitations.
Which products are eligible for a Protect+ Plan?
Protect+ is available for select robot models. Coverage must generally be purchased within 30 days of robot registration and robot owners can check their robot eligibility here.
Is Protect+ available outside the United States?
Currently, Protect+ Plans are available only to customers located in the United States and the District of Columbia. Coverage is not currently offered in U.S. territories or Canada.
How do I receive my Protect+ contract ID?
After purchasing a Protect+ Plan, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your contract ID, coverage dates, plan term, and product details. If you do not receive this email, please contact us.
How do I file a claim?

Can I cancel my Protect+ Plan?
Yes. Your Protect+ Plan can be canceled at any time. Please review the Terms and Conditions for complete cancellation and refund details.
What refund will I receive if I cancel my Protect+ Plan?
If you cancel your plan within 60 days of purchase, you'll receive a full refund of the plan purchase price. If you cancel after 60 days, you'll receive a prorated refund based on the remaining coverage term. Please see the Terms and Conditions for additional details.
