Canceling or Changing your Order
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us right away via support. We know our customers want their products as fast as possible, so we optimize our order processing time. Unfortunately, that often means we cannot cancel or change an order. Otherwise, please see our Return Policy below to learn how you can make a free return once you've received your order.

Returns

At iRobot, we want to make sure you have the perfect product for your space. If your product is not the right fit, we are here to help.
iRobot can only accept returns on items purchased at iRobot.com

iRobot.com Return Policy
We are confidant you will love your new iRobot purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, simply return it to us within 60 days from the date of shipment. We will refund your purchase price upon receipt of the product. Gift wrapping and shipping charges are not refundable. If your robot was damaged during shipping, please contact our Customer Care Department so we can find a suitable resolution for you.

To Return a Product
Go to My Account -> Order History and find your order number. Select the product(s) you want to return. iRobot will provide a pre-paid return label for your return request. Please package the product(s) securely in the original packaging, if possible. Include any original paperwork or order information to ensure the return is processed properly. Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to the warehouse. You can expect a refund to your original form of payment within 7-14 business days of receiving your return. All products must be returned in good condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all accessories to ensure full credit. Original shipping costs will not be refunded.

Accessories
We will fully refund the purchase price for unopened accessory items. In the case of the Braava jet® Hard Floor Cleaner, we will issue a refund for unopened bottles only.

Gift with Purchase
To receive a refund for a returned item that included a gift with purchase, you must return the gift along with the original item. If you decide to keep the gift item, you will be assessed the full retail value.

Bundles
To receive a refund for a returned item that was a part of a Bundle promotion offering, you must return all items within the bundle. If you decide to keep one or more of the Bundle items, you will be assessed the full retail value.

Warranties 

iRobot's Manufacturer Warranty
iRobot offers a limited manufacturer’s warranty. If you’d like to know what’s covered, head over to this page for more information. Failure to register your product will not diminish your warranty rights.

Warranties for Refurbished Robots
Refurbished products purchased under iRobot’s Roomba® Restored program are backed by a 90-day warranty from iRobot. Go to https://homesupport.irobot.com/s/article/6379 for full information about our Roomba® Restored product warranty. Refurbished robots purchased from eBay have a 90-day warranty through iRobot, as well as a 2-year extended warranty fulfilled by Allstate. If you purchased a refurbished robot from eBay and are past the 90 day iRobot warranty period please contact Allstate for warranty support. Allstate’s extended warranty only applies to refurbished robots purchased through eBay.

Protection Plans: Protect and Protect+
iRobot offers Protect and Protect+, which can cover your robots beyond their manufacturer warranties (for up to three additional years, depending on the chosen plan). We’ll repair your robot or send you a replacement robot/base/battery at no charge if, at any time during the coverage period, your robot has a mechanical or electrical breakdown. Protect+ goes even further and provides coverage for accidental damage. You can read more about these plans here.
