An Overview of Our Hiring Process
If your resume is a match for one of our current openings, an iRobot recruiter will reach out and provide insight into our company, our products, and our culture. If your background and skills seem like a good fit, we’ll share your information with the Hiring Manager.
In addition to a conversation with the Hiring Manager, technical roles will also have a technical assessment for coding skills and best practices.
These in-person interviews will help you learn more about the people you will work with and the projects you will contribute to.
We’ll work with the team to make sure they have the best candidate for the role, and then the recruiter will contact you to extend a verbal offer and will request to speak with a few references. iRobot will then send you a written offer and you will be well on your way to becoming an iRoboteer!
