Disposable Or Microfiber Cleaning Cloths

Mint works with either disposable cleaning cloths (including most brands of dry and pre-moistened wet cleaning cloths including Swiffer® brand) or Mint’s specially designed microfiber cloths. These microfiber cloths can be reused hundreds of times.

Pro-Clean System Cleaning Solutions
|
|
Fibers on the reusable Pro-Clean cloth attract and trap dirt, oils and grime from the floor, so you can clean effectively using just water. Mild cleaning solutions can also be used in the reservoir, though soapy or thick solutions are not recommended for any Mint product.

Sweep Mode
|
Sweep mode is ideal for barefoot-friendly floors every day. Dry cleaning cloths are used in Sweep Mode as Mint moves in straight lines back and forth to clean efficiently and thoroughly.

Mop Mode
|
Mop mode lets you enjoy truly clean floors without the effort of mopping them by hand. Mint uses a special mopping action and wet cleaning cloths to pull deeper dirt and grime off your floors.

Pro-Clean System
|
|
With the Pro-Clean System, a special Reservoir Cleaning Pad dispenses liquid throughout the cleaning cycle, continually refreshing the Pro-Clean microfiber cloth with fresh fluid. The fluid reserve keeps the cloth damp so Mint Plus can mop up to 350 square feet in a single cleaning cycle.

Navigation System
|
The NorthStar® Navigation System works like an indoor GPS that helps Mint keep track of where it has been and where it needs to go. Specifically, the NorthStar Cube projects a signal that Mint uses to determine its location. Then as Mint starts cleaning, it builds a map of the area as it goes, marking walls, obstacles and drop-offs as it encounters them.

With NorthStar2, Mint Plus can travel from one Cube to another to expand its dry sweeping area up to 2,000 square feet in a single cleaning cycle. Set up is easy. Simply place a Cube in the first area you’d like to clean and place additional Cubes set to different channels in other rooms or areas you’d like Mint Plus to reach. As Mint Plus encounters each new Cube it will lock on and keep building its map while it cleans.

Coverage Area
|
When dry sweeping, Mint 4200 can cover up to 800 square feet in a single cleaning cycle. When mopping, Mint 4200 cleans up to 250 square feet to focus on a smaller area while the cloth is still wet.

When dry sweeping, Mint+ 5200 covers up to 1,000 square feet in a single cleaning cycle. By adding additional NorthStar Cubes, Mint+ 5200 can travel from one Cube to another, expanding its dry sweeping area up to 2,000 square feet in a single cycle. When mopping, Mint+ 5200 cleans up to 350 square feet to focus on a smaller area while the cloth is still wet.

Simple Operation
|
Just attach a cleaning cloth, set Mint down and press either the Sweep or Mop button. After cleaning, just throw out disposable cloths or rewash and reuse the included microfiber cloths. The detachable Reservoir Pad for Mint Plus fills and empties easily over the sink.

|
Mint is whisper-quiet – you can work or carry on phone conversations while it cleans in the background.

Returns To Where It Started
|
When Mint is done cleaning, it returns to the place where it started and powers down automatically.

|
Mint’s rechargeable battery will last up to three hours dry sweeping and up to two hours wet mopping. So you can run Mint in several cleaning areas on a single charge. Mint’s battery charges in approximately 10-12 hours.

The rechargeable battery in Mint+ 5200 cleans for up to four hours dry sweeping or two and a half hours wet mopping on a single charge. That’s 25% more cleaning time than Mint 4200.

Faster Charging

Mint+ 5200 charges in as fast as four hours with the included adapter or in just two hours with the Turbo Charge Cradle.

Pause/Resume Mode
|
|
With NorthStar2 Navigation System, the cleaning cycle can be paused to change the cleaning cloth by pressing any button or simply picking Mint+ 5200 up by its handle while it is cleaning. The map of the area covered is retained while paused so when Mint+ 5200 resumes cleaning it can continue cleaning areas not yet covered.

Quick Clean Mode

Mint+ 5200 can be set to clean only open areas and not perform a perimeter clean so you can cover more ground more quickly.
