Task Orders and Customer Satisfaction

Upon award of task orders, task orders and customer satisfaction POCs will be placed here

Quality Assurance

iRobot’s quality program starts when we write a proposal and finishes when the contract is completed. iRobot’s quality assurance program is built on an overall methodology that provides to the customer the confidence that the tasks contracted will meet the quality standard required of the job. iRobot intends to submit to the government a quality plan within 90 days after receipt of a task order requiring a QA program. This QA plan structured around the scope of each task order will be approved by iRobot management. We also demand quality from our suppliers by frequent use of ISO 9000 certified companies. By integrating quality from contract proposal to completion, including suppliers, iRobot is able to maximize and monitor the quality work required by the contract.
