Roomba and Scooba robots come with a 30-day money back satisfaction guarantee and a one year warranty for parts and labor, except Scooba 385 which comes with a two year warranty for parts and labor. Replacement parts and products assume the remaining original warranty, or thirty (30) days, whichever is longer. Please note that the use of unauthorized third-party products (such as batteries) will immediately void your warranty. All non-factory replacement parts can cause the product to operate erratically or not at all and may cause damage to the product and related equipment (e.g. the charger). Remanufactured robots have a 90-day limited warranty for parts only, including the battery. All limited warranties begin on the date of purchase.
Please also note that the Warranty is restricted to the country where you originally bought the product.
Warranty information for all models of Roomba Vacuuming Robots can be found in your Owner's Manual.
